Great price (cheaper than other places and no tax) and free shipping. Does not dry out like inkjet cartridges.
Owned a cartridge with plenty of ink in it, but it was printing "ghost images" because the head was dirty. I had to replace the entire cartridge because there is no way of cleaning the head.
