First of all, ChiefValue was superfast on getting the order processed and shipped to me, and it was very well packaged. The price was the best I could find anywhere as well.
So far, this seems like a pretty nice keyboard and it matches my silver on black mouse perfectly. It comes with a really long cable and has a USB connector on the end of it. This keyboard looks very good backlighted, or not, and has a really unique but appealing shape. Personally, I like the overall look better with the backlighting turned off. Typing feels good on it, as well, and it has relatively quite key presses with just a hint of tactile feedback.
This keyboard is heavier and more sturdy than what I expected it to be, and the very large rubber feet on the bottom keep it from sliding around on the desktop. The four special function buttons worked perfectly, even under linux, right out of the box.
Just guessing here, but I'm thinking some of the silver paint on the keys might start to rub after some heavy use. Note too that some of the keys don't show up as well as others under the backlighting effect. The letters and number keys do show well when backlit but the characters at top of the number keys and certain other keys don't reveal themselves as well.
It's easy to see how some would really like this keyboard, but it's not quite what I was looking for so I'll likely be giving it to someone that can make better use of it. Still, it's a very nice keyboard.

Very good keyboard but not perfect.

Build quality seems great. The keypresses are soft and responsive, not loud. Five large rubber feet keep the keyboard staying put, however, only three touch the desk when the height raisers are extended. It has lit through keys (as you can see) and the feature to dim or turn the light completely off. It's a fairly normal keyboard (light feature aside), there aren't many multi-media or other special buttons (only volume up/down). It unfortunately can't handle a high number of simultaneous key presses (most keyboards can't), something I at times find limiting in games. And another gripe is the price; a retail tag of $50 seems steep ($40 seems fair). Overall though I like this keyboard very much. I'll continue to use it myself and recommend it to friends.
