On a monday I ordered a memory stick from chiefvalue.com. On tuesday, the item had been shipped and I had a tracking # to work with. Not only did the item show up a day earlier than expected,but it was exactly as described and pictured on their web site. The packing and shipping container was very secure and well padded as well. I will definetly look to the "chief" again for my computer needs.

I bought Kingston Value RAM 512MB on 2/08/2005 from ChiefValue.com. I’m very pleased with the speed the item was shipped to me, the quality products that ChiefValue.com offers and there prices are very competitive with other online sites.
The Ram did become defective on 12/12/05, but Kingston offers 100% warranty coverage plan their System RAM. They were very professional with getting the item replace, paid for the shipping using FedEx Return, kept me updated via email and a follow up phone call after the whole process was finished.
They emailed me the tracking information of the RAM being sent back to me, and never kept me in the dark. Kingston is a solid, professional company with allot to offer. I’m one happy customer, and plan on purchasing more system RAM from them in the future. Thanks Kingston & ChiefValue.com
