Easy to install hardware, easy to use software, very reasonable price, lots of features (record and time-delay TV, record FM radio, PIP, etc.)
Picture quality could be better in full screen mode and sound is occasionally a little scratchy (seems to limited to only a few channels and could be my tv signal).
If you have picture without sound, mess around with audio configuration settings. I had to set mine to "CD Player" to get sound. Also, if FM is fuzzy, set to mono mode instead of stereo.

This is the second Leadtek tuner I have owned and I keep going back because it serves its purpose well. I like the FM tuner as well. It is great for watching TV and time shifting (DVR style) and in a pinch recording a show for later. Installed and ran out of the box.
Not the greatest tool for video capture but for general use it can't be beat.
