MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns.15% restocking fee may apply. Additional deduction will be made to account for current market value. These terms apply to refunds. Customers must inform ChiefValue.com of any order discrepancy within 30 days from invoice date to accurately investigate and give proper attention to the issue.

Due to manufacturer policies, all monitors, notebooks, PDAs, printers, scanners, GPS, and digital cameras are serviced by manufacturers directly. Please contact manufacturer for service. For detail information on our return policy, please click here .

Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit.
 
"MUST BE PURCHASED WITH HARDWARE"
These items may not be purchased by them selves, and must be purchased with another item from our store. Any item in our on-line store will be sufficient. There are no minimum dollar requirements or specific hardware requirements.
 
OEM VS. RETAIL
The retail and OEM versions usually will have the same exact product, however the retail version usually will come with bundled software, retail packaging, and more bells and whistles so to speak. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), White Box, Brown Box versions will come with the actual product and usually the drivers, no special packaging or software. Occasionally the retail version will accompany a longer warranty.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We do not sell what we do not have in stock. We provide the Auto-Notify button for your convenience. Products we leave listed on our website but showing out of stock we expect to be back in stock within a week or so. If we know a product will be out of stock for a longer period, we will take the product's listing off our website.

WARRANTY POLICY
Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.

Retail box items are warranted by the Manufacturer after 30 days from the invoice date. ChiefValue.com will service our customers for Retail Box items during the first 30 days of purchase. If any manufacturer does not service end users, such as "only overseas" type with no contact or RMA procedures, ChiefValue.com will honor the warranty listed on our website at the time of purchase.

OEM items come with a 1 year warranty, unless otherwise advertised, directly by ChiefValue.com.
