The MX Revolution is both comfortable and very functional in its approach. Logitech seems to have researched not only the mechanics of great mouse design, but how people actually use the product, with regard to different applications. The free spin scroll wheel is one of those things that just seems so natural when surfing the Net. And the real innovation is the adaptability of the mouse features to be customized to suit the application for which you use it. That's the real "revolution." Add to that the Thumbwheel zoom feature, and you have a mouse that is effortless and seamless in its ability to do what you what it to do... when you want it to do it. And the Darth Vader-like look of the MX Revolution makes it almost appear to be moving when at rest. It's the best designed mouse I've ever used.

Very durable, heavy. Battery seems to last just fine - I get thru a whole day and still have two bars left.Range is good - haven't had any signal drops. I really like the scroll wheel that can be shifted from "click stop" to free spin modes. Makes it a breeze to swing through very long documents.

Feels smooth, works on a regular cloth mouse pad. I hav small hands and I find myself pushing the side roll but I can repostion my hands and and not hit it by accident.It comfortably fits your hand and is very responisve. The scroll is nice and takes small jumps unlike other mice take to big of ones.
